A short breather

Our Crew Chief, Rob, has us on a fast track with the YO-3A restoration. As questions arise, answers are being found. Having all the manuals and drawings and access to developers, pilots, and former crew chiefs (and our current one at NASA, Randy Hobbs) is making the job much easier. As you will note above, we found the Organizational Maintenance handbook with changes thru October 1971!

Bruce Elliot who owns YO-3A 001 and 005 is on standby for spare parts if he has them.

Kurt Olney, Jan Helsel, Don Richmond and Rob Skinner gave a presentation at the 1stEAA at Flabob Airport, Riverside. It was a bunch of fun and we got a free lunch out of the deal.

Restoration will resume after the Easter break.

Rob makes progress on Engine. Air Show a Bust

Riverside Airshow never got off the ground. Bud and I got wet and sold about 10 bucks worth of stuff. We would have been better off helping Rob with the YO-3A at Cable. At least the Engine rebuild is on track....
